We become the first point of contact for any potential tenants and will help select the best possible applicant for your property. Our team will carry out all initial paperwork, advertising, and viewings. Then it’s all over to you!
Fully Managed
We do it all! In addition to the services included in Let Only, we will continue to manage the ongoing tenancy. Our team’s main goal will be to watch over your investment throughout and provide you with peace of mind, that your property is safe.
Rent Guarantee
All of the above plus a little bit more. This service provides a safety net throughout the tenancy. Should the tenant fail to pay, this service guarantees you will still receive your rent.
Block Management - Leasehold Property Management
Our Block Management department provides you with an all encompassing and comprehensive property management service. We take the stress on our shoulders, to help put you at ease. From organising maintenance and insurances, to handling your yearly budgets and accounts. Our Block Management team has you covered.
We take over the daily running of your communal areas, communal services and all financial stresses. You will work together with our Block Management team, as they make sure your development is always completely complaint with all current legislation.
