Lynn Thompson Lettings was founded in 2006 by Lynn and her husband Tim Thompson (a chartered surveyor, now retired).
The family run business has continued to grow and remains committed to Southport and the Northwest area.
Joel Thompson and Oliver Thompson and occasionally Grace Thompson now look after the business together with a brilliant team. Alison Bateman has been a valued team member for over seventeen years and Karen Moore joined several years ago. They are both popular with clients due to their professionalism with both landlords and tenants alike.
Our leasehold property management department has also gone from strength to strength. All our residential blocks are looked after by Sean Canavan and Catherine Prince and overseen by Joel Thompson, who has over 17 years experience in property management. Catherine is an associate of The Property Institute and has over ten years experience.
As a company we pride ourselves on being involved in the local community with Joel Thompson’s involvement in local charity work, particularly as a board member of Community Link Foundation, Southport’s local charity.
